We began by asking: What does knowledge look like when it moves freely across borders?
From that question, BLTN Haus designed and built the entire READ ecosystem — from its brand identity and communication system to its digital platform and CRM architecture.
We created a visual and verbal identity that celebrates scholarship and mobility — inspired by the threads of paradox between “home” and “away,” “research” and “impact.”
We then built a modular digital platform that made every stage of the program — from fellowship applications to project publishing — seamless, transparent, and measurable.The new READ platform doesn’t just manage data; it curates relationships.
It connects scholars and institutions in real time, turning what was once an administrative process into a collaborative academic network.
